Can you please how did you flash it to the eMMC?

Nothing special I think, boot from sd card, download the image. unzip.
sudo dd if=whatever.img of=/dev/mmcblkblah bs=1M status=progress
let it copy, power off computer, take sd out, power on and it should boot from emmc.

I'll try that next time. But first I'd need to get it to boot something, anything at all. Right now it doesn't boot eiter eMMS or SD-card.

Actually, I just got in the USB eMMC thingie, which makes things soooo much easier. Just put your eMMC on it, stick it in you desktop  and use Etcher to flash the image. Put it back in the PBP et voila...
