mobile data - always in use?

all I have used you can go into settings and turn off mobile data.

then please tell me where i can disable that in postmarketos, because i did find nothing in settings.

Though if  you are not actively using your data,  watching video's, browsing or such,  I would not expect very much data will be "used" anyhow.

dont get me wrong but sometimes it is really better to say nothing than to "guess" or "believe" something and tell the user to do the same. because this can fuck him hard.
i live in a country where i have to pay about 10 EUR for 1 mb.
when i do an apk update and this goes over mobile data, my budget is gone.

Go to settings > Mobile> turn-off Mobile Data
