Thanks!
If possible we can use this post to collect european users' experiences about duties.
I'll post mine as soon as possible
I don't know how about Italy but in Slovakia if you buy goods from outside of EU and for personal usage there is limit 22EUR (per shipment) where you don't pay anything extra. For 22-150EUR you pay VAT which is currently 20% (VAT needs to be paid also for packaging and shipment services). Above 150EUR needs to be paid VAT + DUTY. Amount of duty depend on what kind of goods you are buying. I called customs few weeks back and asked what would be an DUTY for PINE A64. The person told me for computer components which are NOT COMPLETE AND WORKING APPLIANCE (for example notebook with OS installed is considered as working appliance) there is NO DUTY FEE. The same person gave me also category number where it might be assigned 84733020 or 84733080.

But the same person also told me that person who will process this shipment might assign different category and therefore there might be some DUTY on the end.
If there will be need to pay duty (and/or VAT) the shipment should be taken to "duty quarantine" and duty office will contact me.
I have ordered several extra modules (some of them are not yet assembled) and therefore I can write here sometime in May (hope I will receive shipment by then) how was the true story with customs in my case.
