It could be a hidden character called 'special characters'..or it could be something else..
Run this command, to see if it detect the disks..

Please, the part that says:
'Model Number' - Substitute last content after '-' by 'XXXXXX'
'Serial Number' - Substitute all by 'XXXXXXXX'
