As per following link:

For ROCKPRO 64, you should use "MACHINE=excavator-rk3399.conf " or "MACHINE=firefly-rk3399" in following command from wiki:

MACHINE=<MACHINE> DISTRO=<DISTRO> . ./setup-environment -b <build_dir>
