Now it is weaker in comparing to Asus TinkerBoard. Especially from Mali performance perspective. I mean better CPU architecture gives piko gain over RK3288 of Tinker, yet it is worth to note that Rock64 is driven by 1.3GHz CPU while Tinker - 1.8GHz. But Rock64 wins by supporting USB3, however is almost 2x slower when using advanced OpenCV algorithms.
There will be a ROCKpro64 board roll out in early 2018 that features RK3399, dual A72/quad A53 code, MALI T860MP4 which can boost 20% more performance over RK3288 T764.
