Looks like it's using the boot partition to download and install updates... need to have it use another partition with more space but I'm not sure how to go about doing that.
I plan to upgrade the eMMC on my pinebook before I screw around with updating the OS. You can then prepare the eMMC anyway you would like (number and size of partitions).
Also, you might want to back-up your eMMC before playing around with it.
