Custom boot animations

I had more luck with an app than I did manually doing this but supposedly all you need to do is replace bootanimation.zip with your own. It lives in /system/media/. I was using ES File Explorer and clicked on Local > Device > system > media. http://www.addictivetips.com/mobile/how-...ion-guide/ Might be better than explaining this.
