Netflix (v4.9.5) Error 1018 on Playback

I would say that you've answered your own question.

... I might suggest trying to make sure that your date and time and set correctly;  also try logging into your google account first-- can you use the play store?  can you get your gmail ?

... then try hitting the netflix forum too.  Others on this site may be able to provide assistance or experience.
