Yes. And once the burning process is finished, you can insert the SD card into the Pine and start it up.
That's what I thought in both the 64mb and 8 mb cases the screen doesn't even turn on. Neither image is rooted.

Once downloaded and burned (using dd command or Win32DiskImager or Rufus or whichever), you have to uncomment a line in uEnv.txt and you should be good to go:
