Yet another shipping query

Backer number 19,488.

I received the A64+ in May, along with the WiFi/BT module that I added when I confirmed the Kickstarter
details.

I also ordered other accessories via Kickstarter at the same time which have not shown up. There was no
paperwork in the shipment to indicate that this was a partial shipment. The status on Kickstarter is that it
was completed, which from my perspective it is not.

The tracking number is  RI894212516CN.

Any way to get an update?
