Tracking Help

Will be a month next week.  No packages received to date.  Tracking number not valid.  As I understand it, there was an issue with the postal service in China not scanning the packages.   This leaves the door open to all kinds of dishonesty.  I'm holding out hope though.   If anyone out there is listening, an update would be appreciated.
