I even waited for a year for another Kickstarter project but this one they say shipped item on April but never received. no response from their customer service.

Please provide me your backer order number and I will ask shipping facility to check out.

Any update on my items shipping? as some people have received their items in 2 shipment. I have received nothing so far.
