I am accessing Discord in Firefox on Linux. I have attached screenshots showing what I am encountering. In the first screenshot you see an indication that I need to complete some steps before posting. In the second I have clicked the button to do so only to encounter a partial listing of rules that cannot be scrolled and a submit button that does not work.
I have also tried this in Chromium and see the same behavior, so this appears to be a problem with the website, not the browser.
