I just got my pinetab2 in the mail today and I can't seem to get it to charge.
It powers on just fine and I've got wifi working and upgraded the OS, but I can't get it to charge.

what OS did you install or is it still on a test os?
I'm using the pre-installed Dactnix Arch linux.

Yes, it is plugged into the one furthest from the power button, labeled "USB/PD".
But it does not charge.

The AC adapter - it works with other devices and has the correct amperage and voltage (and wattage if you multiply those together).

I am sure you have tried this, but do you have another USB-C cable to try?
(edit) and if you plug it into a Linux machine does it show up on lsusb?
(edit2) Since the keyboard/case interfaces via a USB docking port can you try removing the case?
