The INI file alone will not help you, there are code changes required for the PinePhone Pro, which Debian/Mobian does not carry. (Upstream never merged PinePhone Pro support for Megapixels 1, saying users need to wait for Megapixels 2.) Also, no version of Megapixels uses libcamera. Millipixels (the fork from Purism, available in the Mobian overlay repository) does, but that one targets mainly the Librem 5. I am not sure whether there is a working INI file for the PinePhone Pro for Millipixels. It might also require code changes.
