I checked on my phosh mobian boot (which I need working so I can't test this for you) and the packages that turn up for apt list \*phosh\* are:
libiceoryx-phosh-config2
libiceoryx-phosh-dev
libiceoryx-phosh-roudi2
libiceoryx-phosh2
phosh
So I would start with "sudo apt remove phosh" and see where that gets me. If not, try listing all of the packages in one apt remove command. Any of these commands could break your install so use at your own risk and make sure you have another boot option first.
