For those who might find this.
To me the problem was that device battery was drained when plugged to power all worked again.
Chat GPT explained me that "the message "failed to reparent gpll" usually pertains to a warning related to the Graphics Phase-Locked Loop (GPLL) or another PLL on certain ARM chips during the boot process." Apparently this is just a warning but not the problem.
