As far as support goes, being that you can install anything you want on it and have the ability to completely customize the system, bootloader, compile a new kernel, etc... how else could you support it? Even a full fledged 24/7 Global I.T. support desk would have problems with all of the possible ways users could mess up their systems.
I agree that it is very flexible but do you have to attach a WiFi dongle? To me, as a portable tablet, taken all over the place, that is a considerable irritation, but I do understand that there is a problem with the driver.
