Is it normal for the pinephone to "discharge" after fully charged on multiple OS?

It can slightly discharge after reaching 100% so that the battery is not stressed by constant charging, but it should not go as low as 70% while plugged in, mine does not do that. At something like 90-95%, it should start charging again.
