Well, the warranty is 1 month so you can't really blame them for that.
And regarding the warranty, I must praise them for it being real - when I received my Pinebook Pro, it arrived with a broken screen (I got artifacts during high load, e.g. during compilation). I reported it about two weeks after I got the laptop and got a new screen for free. It still works great.
Regarding brax2, it uses Android, so no. I'll probably stay on Pinephone until it breaks and then maybe Pinephone Pro will be already good enough for everyday use.
