I will do whatever I can to warn others to STAY AWAY from this company!

You have not explained why you believe you were blacklisted? How long ago and for what reason?

You should be paid what you are owed. The only situation I can imagine where that is not the case is where you have ordered a device that is build-to-order.
Hello Barray,

Yes you are correct, I should have included more information.

So from the list of orders above, the last 2 (bottom of list) orders,
[Order #243758] (June 27, 2022) and [Order #245081] (July 8, 2022).

Order 243758 was shipped on 06/29/2022.  According to the tracking
information:
2022-07-10 23:22 The plane entered the port
2022-07-10 11:39 Airline departure
2022-07-04 19:42 Guangzhou City, has been handed over to the carrier for transportation

So after landing in the US at 2022-07-10 23:22, the package goes missing.
I sent a total of 4 emails over 4 days inquiring what was next, and as everyone else has
noted, absolutely NO response.   It wasn't until I noted I would have to contact my
bank and have the transaction rolled back that suddenly Pine64 was willing to respond.
I was told I would have to wait 10 weeks to file a claim.  Given one can ONLY roll back
a transaction within 60 days (8 weeks), this is an unacceptable solution, and in stating this
the response from Pine64 was to send an update to me showing I have been blacklisted.

I have now filed with my bank (Boeing Employees Credit Union & MasterCard Fraud Department),
as well as the Better Business Bureau, and next will be the Washington State Attorney Generals office.

By Blacklisting your customers accounts you are effectively indicating you will no longer honor warranty
and/or returns of defective product.  This means Pine64 needs to refund me for all product not
yet delivered to my home, regardless of whether the package shows up at some later date.

This is why you don't blacklist your customers while you still owe them money, inthat this is
basically theft, and needs to be resolved.
