Don't ignore people who spend a lot of money on this. It'll cause only grief for you and your company.
Also, don't break sales promises. That's a trade violation illegal in several countries.
I have replied your PM and also replied your tech support ticket few weeks ago. This is unfair to quote that I have not response back your message.
Sure it took you 2-3 weeks last time to respond, and it took a thread like this. Seems to be the only way to get an answer.
This is so unprofessional I can't even begin to comprehend it.
