Download the WIP4 image for PInephone Pro, extract it, flash the SPI installer image to your SD card, hold volume down when powering on the phone, click install.

No need to use a WIP version, Tow-Boot has an official release: https://github.com/Tow-Boot/Tow-Boot/releases.

Edit: I managed to miss that your post date was before it was released.
