Shipping Progress

Hi!
I  ask Administrator, or anybody else who has official information, to give any response about shipping date, i am not from KS, and i am really not care about those orders,(sorry guys, but there is difference when you fund new product and should wait, or when you just buy something in store).
When i made my order, in red line i saw " in may or earlier, not later", i thought this was good enough to wait some time and get good product.
I waited patiently but today is 1-th of June and no news.
As for me this is False Advertisement, and  if i wont get any response from you i will connect to my lawyer, and i think a lot your clients will do same, this is matter of principle, as this is unacceptable to make business this way.

P.S. Just to be clear i don't want money-back, or anything else, i just want my order.

According to the pinned forum post regarding orders, the online shop has always said "NOTICE: ALL ORDERS CURRENTLY PLACED ON WILL SHIP LATE MAY 2016 - JUNE 2016" since it opened. And whilst it probably wasn't made as clear as it should have been, it isn't an order, but a pre-order. And will not be fulfilled until the earlier kickstarter backers are fulfilled - because as backers we paid first, and enough of us paid for it to then become available retail. 

However, I do not speak on behalf of the team behind Pine64, and hopefully they will be able to provide you with more detailed information such as where in the queue your order is. However, going from their backer update from the 27th of May, considering they have shipped 9,155 packages sent out in the last 1-2 weeks... (bringing to the total shipments so far to 30,855) they're understandably busy!

I understand everybody from KS, as you paid money and got nothing, but when i made order i saw this":" Currently Scheduled to Ship by May 2016 – May ship earlier but not later." i think this is quite clear.

So if they shipped 5 k per week it will take about + 2 month to ship all orders.
