Yes, I suspect so since Mobian is moving form desktop Debian. I will try to dig into the filesystem in my N900 but I have not done much with bluetooth software side of things until now. I dont think it is that difficult and I suspect even the linked notes for OpenWRT should get it mostly done.
So either it needs to be scripted by us, copied and edited from my N900, or there is a package to implement it somewhere in the repos.
In any case I feel that this is more important or at least the same importance as WiFi hotspot due to the massive reduction in battery mA/h per Mb..
