dimia, I just think that there are a lot of folks who have been left behind. I have a similar backer number (20,809) for March delivery, and didn't add on any of the items that have been listed as delayed in any of the updates on Kickstarter or this thread. I was also charged on March 10 and am listed as "Ready to ship". Long story short, it most likely doesn't matter that you added on the POT board, you probably wouldn't have received your order yet either way.

I'm backer 9050 and mine arrived just a few days ago (with PSU and acrylic case). No need to worry yet.
I'm more worried about the lack of information than a delayed delivery. I wasn't surprised at all to hear about the boards being delayed but that was communicated loud and clear. A few weeks ago everything was in stock except for a few bits, then all of a sudden one of the modules were delayed and another one had to be redesigned but there was no information. Since confirming the Z-wave modules being delayed no staff has bothered to answer any of the many follow up questions.

Backer #605, I've received nothing. Bad choice to have gotten the ABS case and the touchscreen it seems.

There seem to be a growing number of similar posts unfortunately. Perhaps it is time for another KS update broadcast?
I had seen multiple updates, including the KS notifications as well as postings here, that orders such as mine should have all been shipped a few weeks ago. Even last week there were indications that this should have been the case. However it took an explicit private individual query on my part to receive a response that in fact my order for a 2GB Pine A64+ with power supply and battery holder would in fact not ship until the end of this month. Even after I posted here about that there were still responses that my reward should have already shipped.
If those basic orders (no case, POT, zwave, camera, etc) are still being processed then perhaps an update does need to be published to indicate that there are still increasing delays. Otherwise there are many that read the formal and informal updates and start to wonder why they haven't even received a tracking number for something that is noted should have shipped already.
I'm patient and fully expected delays (it is a Kickstart project) but do follow all the updates to set my own personal expectations. I'm baffled that the online store indicates orders won't be shipped until at least the end of May when it seems like even then they will be a bit away from finishing the KS rewards. Delays are normal and to be expected with Kickstarter projects, but to keep telling backers and purchasers that they'll be receiving their products soon is not very productive. Instead it only serves to increase the burden not the Pine64 teams in having to answer a growing number of queries and inquiries that are driven based on the status updates.
According to @ tllim, they're now beginning to split orders to ship boards first and ABS cases later. When will we see an official announcement and will this apply to all delayed add-on items?

Perhaps we will finally see the "Ready to Ship" status actually change to "Shipped", or at least to "Partly Shipped" which I sure would be welcomed by a lot of backers... myself included! 
To receive an actual tracking number would be even better! 
Clearly they were engineers and not business men. Pretty clueless about supply chain, logistics and fulfillment and then the whole communication fiasco.
I agree if I was informed that ordering a plastic case would hold my order for several months I would have opted to not to do it. This had to be a known issue, same with touch screen, and other components. I completely understand that these things take time, how isn't the Pine64 didn't or at least communicate it to clients. That is on the team. Simple rule of business don't sell what you don't have, the bad will created will ultimately determine the future of Pine64. Yeah people are upset but they have a right to be. Again an non business attitude is they will just have to wait. In business anyone can sell something once.

^^This. The latest OFFICIAL update in Kickstarter that specified the most exact shipping so far was the April 5th post. "April 13-22nd will ship the following batch - Any 2GB board configurations from #1-22 with Acrylic cases." So my board should have shipped April 13-22nd. HOWEVER, if the addition of the BLANK SD card pushed my shipment to the category of "2GB any configurations with other addons excluding ABS case," then I would have been moved to the April 23-May 6th batch.
But the plot thickens. I finally got a response to my emailed request for a shipping update (after three tries).
Apparently, I am now "in a batch that will BEGIN shipping out in ABOUT 2-3 weeks."
Um, forgive me, but WHERE did I miss this on the Kickstarter updates? Again, I was one of the FIRST to support this project. My card was charged in February. I don't mind waiting for my "reward," but man...
