Phosh - double-tap bug, reported upstream?

The double-tap bug in Phosh, where you have to double-tap the numbers on the lock screen to enter them, has been known for a while, hasn't it? It's still present for me on Mobian, Phosh version 0.6.0. Has anybody figured out a way to reliably replicate it, or even better, has it been reported upstream?

Same problem here. Sometimes it's double-tap bug, others it's the lock screen -really- locked (no tap taken at all).
And that's very annoying to reboot every time.
So why there'is no option to simply disable the lock screen in the parameters, once for all ? Why forcing people to use a lock screen which doesn't work ?

I actually found that the double-tap bug persists past the lock screen into the "main menu" user interface as well (but not into other programs or squeekboard), so it would be much better to fix the bug than just work around it by disabling the lock screen.

Thanks, that it great news! I don't know how I missed that bug report, before I made this thread I went to Purism's GitLab and searched for "double-tap" under the Phosh project...
