Have the developer's of the pinephone considered selling the different OS pre-installed on SD Cards configured for the pinephone?

Another point to consider is a pre-written app for linux where the user can use a GUI to install the different OS onto the SD Card or internal Pinephone Storage of the pinephone (emmc storage). This would make it easier for new inexperienced users like myself to do this more easier.

You simply download the operating system you want to your computer,

then use 'Balena Etcher' to flash that system to your sd card.

There are new releases everyday of some operating systems.

Pine builds the hardware,
The different operating system Developers offer their software online to be downloaded.

These are all separate entities.  The Software Developers are not employed by Pine.

Some people are finding Balena Etcher on Windows is producing unbootable sd cards. I don't have Windows to check for better alternatives.

Consider how many times they have to update their SD cards with the latest builds.
Maybe it's doable with stable builds of each distribution, but at this moment there is none.

Maybe a forum member would be willing to download and flash an sd card for you.

BUT,  if downloading an operating system and flashing that to an sd card is beyond what you can do (?)
Perhaps a Pine phone would not be a good fit for you.. ?
