Are you sure you have the PCIe interface and card drivers loaded?

If lspci command does not list anything, that means your OS does not even know you have a HDD attached

Sorry, RL kicked my butt for a few months here... I was able to solve the problems by just going to OMV. Everything worked great until I lost power (didn't have a UPS, yet), and it killed my main media HDD. No issues beyond that, though.
