how to change keyboard layout

handy-dandy post at the top of the forum says we should change keyboard layout.
Doesn't say how.

(my preference would be for a command-line method)

If you are still running the default image, you can switch layout using the settings.

Command-line, I'd expect you'll use localectl on anything running systemd -- https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Lin...ng_keymaps
