Your tracking number is LX226256953CN and has been shipped on November 28. The support team has replied on your first message and already handled your case. However, they didn't follow up on your second question due to not yet received tracking number from Shipping facility. Due to limited staff resource, sometimes forget to look back and reply. However, using the new ticket system, this allows us to trace back and able to respond accordingly.

I have now received the items. My issue has been resolved.

I would encourage others who are still missing items to *not* email to shipping@pine64.org, but instead use the ticketing system. When I opened my ticket in November the account creation was broken; however the ticket itself worked and I received an email response. That might be resolved now.
