PinePhone Stuck in landscape (Manjaro Plasma)

Hello All:

My new Pinephone is stuck in landscape.  No amount of twisting or navigation will make it return to portrait.  Some apps, like Phonebook, are not usable in landscape.  What do I need to do?

Did you happen to run out of charge? If so, the display will remain in its last state. Although I once saw noise when I let mine run out of charge.
