Time from purchase to shipping

Hello everyone!

I've just bought several Rock64 boards on December 15th and I received acknowledge from Sales team for these orders. 

My question is, how long does it usually takes for an order to be shipped after being placed? So far I haven't received an answer to this question from the sales team.

I hope some of you can shed some light on this issue, is really frustrating not knowing from Pine64 after giving them my money

The shipping team work on deploy out on this week. However, the shipment transit time may be longer compare to normal time due to holiday season.
