Looking forward to hearing about your experiences with Armbian+Xfce, this is what I am using as default for now on the pinebookSmile

Armbian seems too nice! Do you know how to install it to the eMMC?

Armbian has a script called "nand-sata-install".

Hi,

Is there a way to flash Armbian to eMMC using a eMMC to USB adapter as oppossed to booting Armbian from a microSD card and running the "nand-sata-install" script ?
And if so, can you offer some insight on how I would go about it ?

Thanks!

Yes, it does.
I had a made a mistake and mistakenly believed the image could not be flashed directly to eMMC.
Details are here.

Sorry for the spam.
