no valid tracking number- 1.5 weeks elapsed

Hi - 

I do  understand this is a "kick starter" - things go wrong and are sort of screwed up because there is a big learning curve

I received an email on 27-may-2016 stating by kit has shipped (I ordered via kick starter, not the store)
EDIT: My backer number is: 14,220

I have not received my shipment, and the tracking number is not valid.

My card was charged on May 2, 2016
BackerKit (and email I received) It says it was shipped on May 27

I do not believe the confirmation number I have is valid - I have identical problems as others

1)  No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking.  using: http://www.ems.com.cn/

2)  "Exipred" - using https://www.aftership.com/

3) I have verified my information on "pine64.backerkit.com" - 

What is my next step.

I'm in this exact same position. Got my tracking number of May 27, but it hasn't ever updated. Also a KS backer, and card was also charged early in May (either the 2nd or 3rd).

I am right there with you. The frustrating thing? My sister in law got her tracking number the same day and it arrived today. Mine is still an invalid tracking number.
