Order not possible to Austria

Hello Pine-Team !

Unfortunately I cannot place an order.


I get the following error message from store:
There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

I've played with a lot of variations, but without success. In the past I had already ordered 2 times on same address.

I found it. 
It was not aware that the PinePhone can only be ordered on its own. (even if it is just add a shell, for example, the process does not work and it displays this message)

I guess that's intentional

Have you tried to order a PinePhone with other stuff at the same time? That's not possible.

Thanks for posting this! I had the same problem with ordering a phone and a case with a Japanese address. I searched the forum for "Japan" and hadn't turned up anything about it.

I just put it an order for a phone on its own and it went through.
