Awesome! Thank you. I think this would be a good exercise for me to learn Linux further. Fair warning, I'll probably dm you, for the simple fact that I don't know what I'm doing but I'll follow those instructions and search before hand.

Anyone that is still looking or interested in using the Deepin desktop environment, you can install it with Fedora 32 Workstation. No compiling and other hoops to jump through. i haven't done extensive testing with it, yet but it runs well and I use it on my testing sd card.
