€599 for a broken PinePhone Pro and a lot of trouble without any warranty...
It's been about a year since I bought a device through Pine64EU that stopped working after just a few days. The seller, who promised a 2-year warranty, is completely unresponsive. Mediation through the European Consumer Centre (ECC) is also ignored by him. Pine64 (Global) claims to be in no way responsible. About six months ago, on the advice of the ECC, I filed a lawsuit in Poland, which has still not been resolved... It now looks like a scam...
Meanwhile, I bought a Fairphone 4 with e/OS and a lot of freeware through Murena for €500, which works perfectly. The Fairphone is also disassembled for self-repair. In addition, the cameras, 8GB/256GB of storage, battery, and warranty with updates for 5 years are excellent.
