OTA Update NOT WORKING

Can't update to Android Release 20160711. I launch the Update app and it says "Undiscover new version". I haven't rooted Android. What should I do? Can I perform an online or local update without lose my app configuration?

The OTA release package already ready but not yet push up to update server. In general, I lets the new build settle for 2 weeks first before push up the OTA. This avoids if something goes wrong in new build, it will not become nightmare.
