LibreOffice Fix for tiny menu text and missing title bar

I installed LibreOffice and found the the menu font was tiny and the title bar was missing. These issues combined made the menus well-nigh impossible to use.

Installing libreoffice-gtk3 fixed both of these problems making the menus usable even with screen scaling set at 100%.
