what happened to the store

when I click on the pine64 store, iit asks me to login, with this message;  

https://store.pine64.org is requesting your username and password. The site says: “web"

did something change?  is the store down?

The Pine Store is down until further notice due to a serious issue. Manjaro CE PinePhone preorders unfortunately must be postponed. More information will be given later.

I wish they can provide a bit more detail of what's going on. Just by saying "a serious issue" does't help much at all for those in the dark, especially those who have just pre-ordered the new batch of Manjaro PinePhone, or those who have been eagerly expecting its releases.

I think they should at least provide more detail than just saying "a serious issue", which doesn't help much at all for those who have just preordered the new Manjaro phone or those who are eagerly expecting it. Reading the recent posts about the unpleasant customer experiences, a bit more extra effort into customer support can make a tangible difference.

I just placed an order for the new Manjaro Community Edition Convergence Package phone.

   The projected wait on shipping is "Early November"
