| PinePower Desktop USB-C port dead |

I have a Desktop power supply that stopped supplying power through the USB-C port. Wireless and all the other ports work fine.
Has someone else encountered this issue? Is there any way to fix this? The wiki suggests the device is not designed to be opened.

Good morning,
I tried to install mobian on emmc but I hadn't changed the bootloader, from that moment the phone doesn't turn on anymore.
I tried with sd card inserted, without sd card and holding down the RE button.
I tried to connect the phone to the PC but not with the lsusb command it never appears.
Is there any way to fix the phone? spare parts?
The Pinephone Pro is a beautiful project that I would like to learn more about.
Thanks for your attention,
Giacomo

Hey everybody ...
... OBS Studio is available in both the Phosh and Plasma version of the PinePhone Pro repositories, but I can't get it to work, it complains about the GPU and/or the graphics drivers.
Has anybody had any luck with that, and/or could anyone point me in the right direction?

Hello,
I've installed waydroid on postmarketos on the pinephone and what I've noticed is that waydroid takes minutes before it actually loads and also videos do not play in apps like NewPipe. Is there some kind of optimization that needs to be configured after installing waydroid?
Many Thanks.

Hi back,
These last month I was stuck with a Pinephone Pro not working (Manjaro would not update and could not connect to my phone company...)
Today I lokked at it again, installed Tow-boot and flashed Mobian instead - and made my first call.
So far, so good. The funny thing is I can't change Mobian's password (at least from GUI). Whatever i try, the password is not accepted. Should I do this from the command line? Sudo passwd <user>?

I have a Pine Phone ... somewhere in between.
It isn't a pine phone beta, nor is it a pine phone Pro.
It has 3GB of RAM and 32GB emmc.
I can flash any flavor of Arch linux on it, but if I try to flash Mobian to either the emmc or a microsd, the phone refuses to turn on/start. It never even makes it to the point where the power light blinks.
The minute I put arch on it, it works like a charm.
Any ideas on how to get mobian working?
I've used the following images:
