Hey everyone, I just replaced my screen. Why will my touch part of the screen not working?

Touchscreen connector not correctly connected?
It's the FPC next to the headphone socket, J1101, assuming I'm reading the schematic and the mainboard top placement docs correctly.
The outcome of this is that something wrong with it. They are supposed to send a replacement but still waiting. They keep coming up with a different reason why its not shipped yet. I'm getting ready to switch to a different open source phone if they don't ship it soon
