CE/FCC certifications for Explorer Edition?

According to the January Update it does seem to have both FCC and CE certifications:

I wonder if (a) this applies to the Explorer Edition already and (b) the CE/FCC markings are printed on the case or inside so they could be presented/verified on request. Maybe someone who has already received their Explorer Edition could answer this?

Edit: If I understand the following document correctly, the labels should have been printed under the battery:
