I reinstalled Armbian Focal 20.08 (server this time, previously used the desktop image), and everything went well. I forgot to mention that I'm using mdadm to create a RAID 1 partition using these instructions: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/t...untu-16-04
Everything seems to go well, installing mdadm, rebooting, creating the array, formatting it as EXT4. But after a few minutes of letting it sit, the crash comes back with the same code at the bottom.
