"Does anyone know whether the Pinebook Support team has returned to work? I have a ticket that has been open for nearly a month. "

I have no idea however recently I have seen youtubers such as LearnLinuxTV releasing unboxing videos on Feb 10 and he is based in the united states. I am not sure how he was able to obtain this product since I have ordered mine roughly 1 month ago with no shipping order and no confirmation that my product will be shipping soon. If pine64 is truly bottlenecked by this virus, how was LearnLinuxTV able to receive his order?
