Nextion Display withI Rock64

Rock64 According to the Schematic http://opensource.rock-chips.com/images/...170309.pdf Rock64 also has UART1, UART2 TX and RX along with 5V and GND. Which Pin Should I be using ? Its going to be Pin 8 for TX & Pin 10 for RX or is it going to be Pine Or is it going to be Pin 19 for TX and Pine 21 for RX ?? I have attached the image
