How to set video output to 4K / UltraHD?

When can this be expected to be available in Ubuntu Longsleep? Or how can one install that kernel?

And with being less demanding than support for 4K, is it possible to get 1366 x 768 pixels supported to have readable text on screen of a nexdock? http://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?t...ht=nexdock
