Yeah that's for the PinePhone which is shipped from a warehouse in Poland, so it's different since it comes from inside the EU. For other items (like spare parts, accessories and other devices) that come directly from China there used to be two options for shipping (standard for $12, courier for $30), but now I can only see the courier option.
